About Me

Hello! I am a Research and Data Analyst with over 3 years of experience working in Capital Markets in Fintech and Market Regulation. I am currently at the Ontario Securities Comission in the derivatives branch, where I work as a Research & Data Analyst. Previously to this, I was a Consultant Data Scientist at First Derivatives, where I was stationed at Numerix and the Canadian Securities Administrators.

I hold a Bachelors degree with a Statistics Specialist and Math Major from the University of Toronto & I am currently working towards my Masters in Financial Engineering.

Research & Data Analyst - Ontario Securities Comission (OSC) (Nov 2024 - Present)

  • Research & Data Analyst within the Derivatives Division - Trading & Markets
  • Conduct OTC derivatives research and data analysis of the Canadian market across asset classes
  • Develop python scripts to download/aggregate transaction data from data vendors such as Refinitiv, ICE, CME & DTCC
  • Create Tableau and PowerBI Dashboards to summarize large raw datasets, to show market trends and statistics
